I am sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner. You and your family are a very important part of my life and always will be. I know we haven't been able to get together all that much over the years, but that doesn't diminish how much I care for all of you. Knowing Johnny has increased my respect for others no matter how different they are, to look beyond physical differences and see the inner beauty that is within us all. He had true strength of character by not allowing a disability keep him from going above and beyond in showing us all how to enjoy life by being a kind, caring and selfless individual and helping others to enjoy life in doing so. I'm really going to miss him. You can e-mail me as often as you wish, but I may not be able to respond all that much. After all, this is not my computer, and the people it does belong to are good people. I would really hate to destroy their trust in me by abusing their kindness in letting me communicate with you. I will always be thinking of you and yours.
